David Mendelowitz is the dean at Scarsdale High School in Scarsdale, New York. Mendelowitz was forced to resign back in June 2012. Davey boy was caught on camera at his White Plains home allegedly smoking crack and getting busy with a couple of Sex Workers. Scarsdale high School is one of the wealthiest schools in the country so it should be no surprise the outrage this sex scandal has caused.
This case shows and proves once again that Sex Workers are a part of every square inch of the United States. Your tax bracket doesn’t exclude you from the need from this service. Most people would think the rich and famous that lives in these privileged zip codes are exempt from paying for sex. The truth of the matter is the more money you have the more you splurge on the things you enjoy. Sex Workers are America’s favorite desert.
I agree that its’ unbecoming of a teacher to indulge in drugs and Sex Workers while holding a job that requires you to give advice to children. If the allegations are true, I think his biggest crime was being a drug addict not a sex addict. If hiring Sex Workers were legal, which I’m sure it will be sometime in the near future then the headlines wouldn’t be as sensational. To make matters worse, Mr. Mendelowitz was a guidance counselor, and held a position on the schools’ drug and alcohol task force. At least he knew what to look for.
The Queens based prostitution ring that Mr. Mendelowitz used was dismantled and 19 suspects were arrested. It shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone that teachers need more than an apple to feel loved and appreciated.
