Bobby Titcomb, a childhood friend of President Obama was busted in Hawaii by Honolulu police on April 4, 2011 for soliciting a sex worker. Police set up a phony escort internet site and arrested Titcomb and three others in the undercover prostitution sting. You know the old saying “Build it and they will come”. He posted $500 bail for the misdemeanor offense. On May 2, 2011, William Harrison, an attorney for Titcomb, entered a plea of no contest to soliciting a prostitute. Titcomb was ordered to pay a $500 fine and make a donation to a criminal injury compensation fund.
