A father and son pair, Vincent George Sr. and Vincent George Jr., were charged with money laundering and sex trafficking. The duo got some unconditional love from the five women prosecutors are claiming they forced to work for them. These young ladies showed up at court wearing t-shirts saying “we are not victims”. Sex work is a complicated field and police and nay- sayers are quick to rush to judgment.
If the accused taxi cab pimps are guilty then they deserve what’s coming to them. Pimpin’ will never be legalized so those who choose to indulge need to find different outlets for all that energy. From the show of support from the women involved, it seems that some consenting adults choose sex work as a profession. If that’s true, then the Georges need to become better leaders and go legit. No matter which way this case ends hopefully all parties involved learn in the process.
This situation can get ugly. So far the case is state. More times than not they find an easy to make the case federal. Shout out to the Sex Workers who stood up and let America know not all of y’all are victims. They need to know that we are against sex trafficking and all the other indecency deemed inappropriate by the moral zealots who live in the square world.
