This week on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, the legendary music icon Cher served as a guest judge on the show. Having an actor/artist like Cher was smart on the part of the producers of the show. She made it clear that she wasn’t judging from a professional dancer’s viewpoint and it was evident that she judged the contestants from a creative personal perspective with the contestants dancing to her music.
After the tango dance performance by Jack Osborne and his companion, Cherlyn Burke, Cher commented with “I thought it was great, you looked like a pimp. You were like a tango dancing pimp—you were fabulous.” Cher and the other judges each gave the couple a near perfect score of nine. I always knew Cher wasn’t a member of “Square World Entertainment”. Later in the show she revealed that if she could turn back time she would go back to the 80’s. She said it was a period of her life when she had the most fun.
