High Heel Work Out Class. Hot Or Not?

High-Heel-Work-Out-Class

Aspiring entrepreneur, Kamilah Barrett, 34, created a new work-out class called “Heel Hop.” I thought this might be interesting to Sex Workers because it deals with High Heels and the “Hop” is for the music being hip-hop or other.

Heel Hop is a catchy name, but working out in high heels seems like an idea founded over a plate of percocets and ecstasy, during a friendly game of “Truth or Dare”. Whether she was high or not when she came up with the idea doesn’t seem to matter. Her Beverly Hills studio stays packed with women of all ages ready to Heel Hop their way to a better body. Ms. Barrett said “I target the muscles that support a relaxed stance and fluid movement. Heels are really a sport”.

The lady is a genius! I know countless Sex workers who learn the art of high-healing the hard way—by falling and getting back up. It seems brilliant that someone is willing to teach you how to “stand your ground” in your heels. I have to give you both sides of the argument. Researchers at Griffith University in Queensland, Australia say “high heels wearers experience alterations in muscle-tendon architecture which lead to fatigue and strain”. Even crunch fitness offers a class called “stiletto Strength.”

In Kansas City, Missouri you got “Stiletto Fitness.” In Vegas there’s “Vegas Stiletto Fitness” which is also available in Denver, St. Louis and most Texas cities. Heel Hop classes are 15 dollars a pop. There seems to be a variety of high-heel instructors on the market, so test out a few or teach a class yourself because who has more experience in high heels than a Sex Worker. Just be ready for the public to decide if it’s hot or not!
